Monitoring centre technician Ostrava

The job involves technical support for customers and colleagues in the field. It includes proactive network monitoring, configuration of network elements and devices. Working hours are in 11-hour shifts, in continuous operation – two-shift system.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience with TCP/IP networks
• User-level PC skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Stress resilience
• Basic communication in English

It will be an advantage if you have experience with:

• Work in a similar position
• Working with Linux
